Marnie Brokenshire
  • Marnie is a seasoned C-suite executive with over 30 years of leadership in strategy, human resources, governance, and organisational transformation. Her expertise spans complex domains, including industrial relations, safety, risk management, and leadership development, where she has consistently driven cultural and operational excellence.

    With extensive commercial and operational experience across diverse industries and stages of growth, Marnie’s sharp business and financial acumen uniquely positions her to challenge conventional thinking and deliver innovative solutions. Her leadership has often extended beyond HR, encompassing strategic oversight in procurement, cash flow management, process optimisation, and customer experience delivery, showcasing her versatility and strategic foresight.

    One of Marnie’s most significant achievements is developing and championing a contemporary, commercial HR approach that aligns people strategies with tangible commercial outcomes.
